Notice of Second Public Consultation CESA BC Stewardship Plan Renewal

The Canadian Electrical Stewardship Association (CESA) will be holding a second public consultation for the renewal of the CESA BC Stewardship Plan.
CESA administers the approved product stewardship program, known as ElectroRecycle, for manufacturers, brand owners and retailers of electrical small appliances, power tools, sewing machines, sports and leisure equipment, and arts, crafts and hobby devices, pursuant to the BC Recycling Regulation. The Program currently operates under two approved program plans: CESA BC Product Stewardship Plan – Part 1: Phase 4 Products and Part 2: Phase 5 Products, approved by the BC Ministry of Environment on July 12, 2010 and April 23, 2012 respectively.
The second consultation will be via webinar on the following date:
